Q: WHICH AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
A: Because we are based in London we primarily delivery to areas in Greater London. However we have been known to deliver to different locations throughout England

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPPORATION?
A: Our opening hours are from 9 am to 8 pm, but we try to be as flexible as possible we are available to delivery 7 days a week. we do work late hours when available so we can be flexible on time.
Q: ARE YOU INSURED?
A: Yes, we are insured and so is your stuff during the transit.
Q: HOW BIG IS YOUR VAN AND HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN IT TAKE?
A: We have several differnt sized vechicles in our fleet. Upon making a booking we will choose the most approraiate vechile that will service your needs.
Q: CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY BELONGINGS?
A: Depending on which mode of transport we use to transport the goods will depend on wheather or not you can travel with your goods. If we use a mode of transport that can accomodate passengers then yes this is an option, but please check with us before the job date if this is possible or not.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK?
A: There are several ways in which you can book a job with us.
You can fill out the online quote form (please note this is not a booking, but more of an intention to book. Once we contact you with a quote this is when you can make a booking), email us either via the online contact form or on or call us.
Q: DO I HAVE TO PRE-BOOK?
A: No, you do not have to pre-book. However we advise that you do so, to ensure that your job can get done on time and when you require it.
Q: DO YOU DELIVER OVER THE WEEKEND?
A: Yes, when available we delivery on the weekends.
Q: WHEN DO I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMET?
A: We take payment prior to or on delivery depending on the details of the job.
Q: WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We can take cash and all major credit and debit cards (excluding Maestro & American Express).
Q: HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
A: There are several options to make payment however our prefered option is bank transfer. Our other options is cash or card payment in person.
Q: DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Unfortunalty, we currently do not directly transport goods internationally. However we can arrange for an affiliate company to deliver internationally for you.
